As an AR Management Company, we act as or augment the
internal A/R functions of our Clients and manage accounts from day 1 after
invoice and re-bill all accounts as necessary. We exclusively manage
accounts that have specific invoices for products or services that were
provided by our Clients to a business or consumer/patient under the terms
of a contract or agreement for a specific date or over a defined period of
time. Therefore we do not purchase debt nor do we manage write-off /charge
off accounts of banks or credit issuers whose transactions/accounts may
include many purchases from multiple vendors with no supporting
documentation that the product or services were actually provided. This
fact distinguishes our business model as an A/R Management Company from a
traditional “3rd Party Collection Agency” whose business model
focuses primary on recovering write-off or charge-off accounts that may
also include bank or credit card issuers.
Although the A/R Management Services business model is not
new, it is not as familiar to as many businesses as a solution as are 3rd
Party Collection Agencies. Our goal is to convert those businesses that
traditionally use 3rd Party Collection Agencies to our A/R
